SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Tines: Orders are typically processed with 2-3 business days. During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates: Flat rate of £3.90 on all UK mainland orders (inclusive of Northern Ireland)
Isle of Wight Delivery: £2 Island wide
Delivery Times: Standard UK delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
Isle of Wight Deliveries aim to be with you within 5 business days, depending on your location. I will contact you to arrange delivery day/time.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email of dispatch with tracking details (if available).
Delays: Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, which are unfortunately out of my control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because our wax melts are handmade and consumable product, we can only accept returns or exchanges under certain conditions:
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Change of mind: We cannot accept returns on used or opened wax melts. However if products are unused and in their original packaging, you request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to damage or our error.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for funds to appear back in your account.
